O objetivo \u00e9 reconhecer empresas que garantam crit\u00e9rios de remunera\u00e7\u00f5es iguais para mulheres e homens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Por mais absurdo que pare\u00e7a, nos tempos de hoje, ainda existem empresas que pagam mais aos homens que exercem a mesma fun\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres. Al\u00e9m de dupla jornada, a mulher sofre com desvaloriza\u00e7\u00e3o salarial, fazendo com que muitas precisem de mais de um v\u00ednculo empregat\u00edcio para composi\u00e7\u00e3o financeira\u201d, afirmou a deputada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O PL tamb\u00e9m prev\u00ea puni\u00e7\u00e3o para as empresas que praticarem desigualdade salarial. \u201cO Selo ser\u00e1 o certificado de que a empresa est\u00e1 dentro da lei que garante a isonomia salarial de g\u00eanero. Em contrapartida, estamos propondo uma penalidade para quem insistir em continuar com essa pr\u00e1tica de desvaloriza\u00e7\u00e3o da mulher: n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser contratado pela Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica e perder\u00e1 incentivos fiscais\u201d, explicou Kari Santos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cN\u00f3s ainda somos preteridas por engravidar e por termos dupla jornada, como se o homem tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o tivesse filhos e n\u00e3o fosse respons\u00e1vel pelo lar. Para al\u00e9m disso, somos obrigadas a aceitar um sal\u00e1rio inferior apenas por sermos mulheres. Essa situa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um completo absurdo e precisa ser mudada urgentemente.
